This should be a simple four-way traffic-light controlled crossroads with priority given to active travel options. A very dangerous junction to cross on foot in multiple directions and similarly dangerous for cyclists, especially those currently with priority as vehicles will pull out in front of them. Traffic lights will slow the flow of traffic down in all directions.
